The dry heat of 2001 saw sugars rip upwards in the Arakoon vineyard [sic], and while one of their reds hit the shelves at 16.5 per cent alcohol, Patrik and Raymond Jones managed to chop this one off at a more balanced point, and pass us a rich, slick, intense, fruit-sweet lollyshop of a red that slides down like there was no tomorrow. It's pretty and naughty stuff.
